Dr Oliver Levano Blanch

Dr Oliver Levano Blanch graduated with BSc (Hons) in Materials Engineering at the University of Barcelona (UB) in 2016. While studying his BSc, he collaborated with the Thermal Spray Centre (CTP) research group, on a project to study the performance of different coatings for wind turbine blades. Additionally, he had the opportunity to do an internship in the materials laboratory of SEAT testing the quality of the materials.

In 2017, he received my MSc in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Systems Management from the University of Manchester. Having obtained his EngD at the Centre for Doctoral Training Advanced Metallic Systems, Dr Levano Blanch has joined Rolls Royce Plc as a manufacturing laboratory technologist.
